I was only with them for a couple of months (1/08 to 2/08) but it was a horrible tech support experience. I'm spoiled with about 7 years of great support at Crystaltech.com but they are Windows only and I needed LAMP. I wish I saw these reviews before I signed up with LunarPages. The negative reviews about service reflect my experience also - nothing to add. I did find that their servers worked fine.
Now I'm trying to get a refund of the setup fee for a second account I signed up for but they didn't set it up for over a week after I started demanding a refund for not setting me up!
Void this business.

Hello Jim,
Unfortunately I was not available when this issue occurred for you. Our policies and procedures have had many reviews and changes since this time. I know this does not correct the issue you had 2 years ago; however, if in the future you find yourself shopping for internet services, that you take a look at our improved services.
I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with us previously.
