THIS COMPANY SUCKS

I ordered some nudibranch(Berghia) and a mushroom rock and some plants for my Saltwater Aquarium. When they arrived, almost four weeks later, the nudibranch they sent me are no way berghia's they don't even resemble berghia. To top it off I ordered a mushroom rock that had 4 mushrooms on it. When it arrived whoever bagged it put the rock upside down and it was sitting on the mushrooms. Needless to say only one mushroom survived the transport. I will never order from this company again. They do not keep you up to date on your order if it is not in stock. I just got my package on friday last week. I do not want to argue with these people I just won't order from them again and if you are considering it BEWARE!!!!!

We acclimate all of our items for a minimum of 14 days before the items are releases to fit. Three of the items the customer ordered (2 Bergia Nudibranch's & 1 Purple and Yellow Nudibranch) are delicate items and do not make our acclimation process. We have emails from this customer advising NOT to send her order out until the nudibranch's were able to ship since she can not purchase them in California which is why her order took so long to be shipped.
The customer did not order any mushroom rocks on her order like she is stating so how could we ship her one. We can provide a copy of the invoice and emails for anyone who would like to see.
This customer was very impatient and pushy from the beginning. We do our best to send QUALITY live-stock which is what we send. Customer has NEVER made contact with our company since she has received her order.
