Terrible scheduling / customer service.

It's obvious that they think they are the only game in town for service OR they are poorly staffed. They schedule 2-3 weeks out and have cancelled our service at our business AND residence only to bump us out another 2-3 weeks. Is it really so hard to schedule an hour long service call? Find another company with better customer service and save yourself the grief especially if your time is valuable.
